Shipping:
At Dibs Vintage & Secondhand, we carefully package and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. We currently ship within the U.S., and rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you!

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of our vintage and secondhand items, all sales are final. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece, so please review all details before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out before placing your order!

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a shipping-related concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.
